Decanter Cornetto Single Fatto A Mano
KES17,000The Cornetto Fatto a Mano decanter was introduced in 2017 as a compliment to the colourful and elegant Fatto a Mano glass series. In the Fatto a Mano Edition, four classic RIEDEL decanters have been reiterated with optical blown glass and a black-white-black ornamental line that enhances their dynamic designs. The art of optically blown glass originated in Venice, the cradle of the most superior glassblowing techniques, with few glass blowers still proficient in this method.
The long, thin shape of the Cornetto makes it perfect for both decanting young wines and removing sediment from older wines. The slim design of this decanter means there is a smaller surface area exposed, so fragile older wines are not over exposed to oxygen.

Decanter Curly Fatto A Mano
KES24,300The Curly Fatto a Mano decanter was introduced in 2017 as a compliment to the colourful and elegant Fatto a Mano glass series. In the Fatto a Mano Edition, four classic RIEDEL decanters have been reiterated with optical blown glass and a black-white-black ornamental line that enhances their dynamic designs. The art of optically blown glass originated in Venice, the cradle of the most superior glassblowing techniques, with few glass blowers still proficient in this method.
The coils and curvature of the Curly decanter helps to charge and aerate wine. The twists of the decanter form a soft and playful spiral, with a closed “tail end” and wider spout for easy pouring. This decanter has been handmade, meaning each piece is slightly unique.

Decanter Escargot

When sitting upright on your table, an air vaccum appears in the body of the decanter. As you tip to pour, the vaccum forces fresh air though the already decanted wine, creating a bubbling gurgle. This vigorous process makes it ideal for young wines.

The alluring Mamba decanter channels the vigor of the famous Black Mamba, the world’s fastest snake. Following on from the serpentine Eve decanter (2008), the Mamba’s poised upright stance and coiled design creates a series of air pockets which “double decants” the wine.
