Standard Delivery across Nairobi is KES 350. Orders received before 3 PM are dispatched on the same day.

Glassware items are usually dispatched on the next working day, goods shall be delivered within 2-3 working days of purchase.

Unopened goods can be returned within reasonable grounds. Goods should be in the original state.

White wine and any alcohol that is refrigerated cannot be returned as refrigeration damages the label.
